About Park Regency

Park Regency Realty was founded in 1977 by company President, Joe Alexander. The company has been operating in the San Fernando Valley since its inception. The management team is composed of Patrick Pace, Vice President of Finance & Systems, Kenneth Engeron, Vice President of Marketing, and Joe himself. Each has specific areas of expertise and together, they have built a solid company grounded by the principles of teamwork and bringing value to the customer. In fact, Park Regency is one of the only Real Estate firms that has it's own in-house marketing department to help maximize the seller's value.
